The ground rules
100% Voluntary
No one can be forced to mediate. True resolution only happens when everyone involved actively chooses to join the session, speak up, and engage in the conversation.
Strict Confidentiality
Everything said within the mediation process stays between us. Our conversations are a safe space and cannot be used in formal grievances, court proceedings, or future tenancy reviews.
Complete Impartiality
We do not take sides, assign blame, or judge past behaviour. We are entirely independent and focus 100% of our energy on helping both sides discover a practical way forward together.
Safety and Control
We progress entirely at a pace that keeps everyone secure. If a direct conversation isn't appropriate or safe, we utilise separate spaces—whether that means private phone calls, virtual breakout rooms on Zoom, or structured shuttle mediation.
