For the past ten years, Amy has been the Director of Nomad HR and Recruitment Ltd, specialising in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, including start-ups and global consultancies.
As Nomad continued to grow in terms of reputation and clients, it frequently won prestigious awards recognising both the innovation it brought to the recruitment space and the social enterprise element of the business.

The Foundation received the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2018, and Amy was honoured to represent them at the Queen’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.
Her empathy was also shaped by working with troubled youths and families in New Zealand and Coventry, experiences that continue to guide her approach today.
Amy now serves as a Trustee of the Nuneaton and Bedworth Healthy Living Network, reflecting her ongoing commitment to making a positive difference beyond the workplace.
