Amy spent ten years as Director of Nomad HR and Recruitment Ltd, working across the manufacturing and engineering sectors with organisations ranging from early-stage start-ups to established global consultancies. Under her leadership, the business earned multiple prestigious awards recognising both its innovative approach to recruitment and its strong social enterprise values.

Her career has taken her beyond the UK — time spent working in New Zealand and the UAE gave Amy a flexible, internationally informed perspective on workplace challenges and human dynamics.

Amy spent ten years as Vice-Chair of the Positive Youth Foundation, a charity helping young people through education, arts, sport, and employment. The Foundation received the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2018, and Amy was honoured to represent them at the Queen’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.

Her empathy was also shaped by working with troubled youths and families in New Zealand and Coventry, experiences that continue to guide her approach today.

Amy now serves as a Trustee of the Nuneaton and Bedworth Healthy Living Network, reflecting her ongoing commitment to making a positive difference beyond the workplace.
